Since the beginning of its activity, Insol has been offering solutions based on bag filtration. We offer filter housings made of 304 and 316 L stainless steel. As a standard, the devices are adapted to filter bags with Polylock self-sealing flanges, which additionally allow for quick and convenient replacement of the filter bag. The bags are available in four standard sizes.

Our installations are perfect for fruit and vegetable processing plants, producing concentrated juices as actually the last filter before loading the concentrate into the tank. This is an important point of the process because in factories it is a critical control point of the CCP of the HACCP system. By installing pressure gauges at the inlet and outlet of the filter, the operator controls the process during loading the tank and the persisting pressure difference is proof that the filter has not broken and no unwanted foreign bodies have entered the tank.
